History of formation & development
Following is the process of formation and operation of Vinacontrol Certification and Testing Joint Stock Company (Vinacontrol CE) in order to provide a certification and testing service for society:
- Ngày 24/10/1957
The Minister of Trade (now the Ministry of Industry and Trade) made a decision to establish the Import and Export Goods Testing Department, precursor of today's Vinacontrol Group Joint Stock Company, as the first inspection organization in Vietnam.
- Ngày 15/10/2009
Vinacontrol officially established Vinacontrol Certification Joint Stock Company (abbreviated as Vinacontrol Cert, abbreviated as VNCE), is a member company of the Group with strengths in certification of product conformity, goods.
- Ngày 17/12/2012
Vinacontrol Cert changed its name to Vinacontrol Certification and Testing Joint Stock Company to fully reflect new areas of activity including safety technical inspection, quality inspection and testing / calibration of measuring equipment (Inspection) , calibration, non-destructive testing).
- Năm 2013
In order to promptly meet and satisfy customers' increasing demands for diversity and service quality, Vinacontrol Cert established Ho Chi Minh Branch.
- Năm 2016
Vinacontrol Cert established Da Nang Branch.
- Năm 2017
Once the competencies in certification and testing have been completed, along with the change of the new logo, Vinacontrol Cert has been renamed to Vinacontrol CE (abbreviated from the English abbreviation Vinacontrol Conformity Evaluation) to mark a period of new stage of development: professionalizing the quality of service and getting ready with businesses of international integration.
